Processing Time Because every item is made by hand, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. Limited-edition and one-of-a-kind pieces may require additional time.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes We ship within the United States. Once your order has been dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Packaging All orders are carefully packaged to protect your handcrafted piece during transit. We use protective materials suited to the delicate nature of our journals, albums, and decorative pieces.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can make it right.
